I’ve got a concept for you… It’s small, but large in it’s possible impact. I want you to try sometimes replacing your “sorry’s” with “thank-you’s”.
So for example, next time you’re late for someone, instead of saying “sorry I was late”, say “thankyou, for waiting for me”. .
Replacing negativity with positivity changes the whole vibe and makes the other person feel validated, rather than your guilt simply appeased. It makes your first interaction about their inconvenience rather than your mistake. How nice that would feel for them, and also for you! Give it a try this week, and let me know how you go… it may be harder than you think 😉🌟😘
